Legal experience:
Michela Simoniello obtained her law degree from the University of Rome (La Sapienza) in 2005 and from 2006 trained as a lawyer in two Rome law firms before her admission as Avvocato in 2009 when she finally joined SLP, developing a specialization in advocacy in the Italian civil courts in matters of litigation including property disputes, debt recovery and family law proceedings.
In 2011 she completed a Masters degree in Family law with specialization in international aspects of separation, divorce and proceedings involving children.
