Antitrust and regulatory
SLP assists clients with respect to mergers, abuses of dominant positions, and restrictive agreements. SLP has specific experience in the co-ordination of cross-border transactions involving different jurisdictions, in representing clients in proceedings before the European Commission and the Italian antitrust authorities and in appeals to the European courts and the Italian administrative tribunals. SLP also has extensive experience in devising and implementing compliance programs.
SLP also assists clients in complying with regulation in public utility services such as electricity, gas and communications. We assist clients in assessing the impact of regulation on their business initiatives and represent them in front of the Italian authorities and before the administrative tribunals which review their decisions.
