- offences against the environment, including toxic discharges into air or water, offences relating to industrial activity, industrial permits, recycling and dumping of waste products;
- offences against the person, property and the state (including related claims for damages for the injured party);

- security measures imposed by the court in relation to persons or property, such as sequestration orders, injunctions, confiscation orders, restrictions on liberty during criminal proceedings;
- extradition, international criminal law and European arrest warrant;
- defamation and libel law.
