Our English legal team can provide advice on legal disputes and matters of English law in the UK in partnership with our associate firm the Wilkes Partnership.
We are regularly requested by the British Embassy in Rome and Italian Notaries to advise on English law, and can offer assistance such as preparing Affidavits of English law, Powers of Attorney and Statutory Declarations.
Our team includes two practicing Solicitors qualified in England and Wales who are able to carry out routine work as offered by law firms in the UK, such as certifying documents as true copies of the original and witnessing Affidavits or Oaths for Executors.
We can also represent clients resident in Italy in applications to the Office of the Public Guardian in the UK, for example for a Court of Protection Order or a Lasting Power of Attorney relating to property and financial affairs in the UK.
